Online Water Bill Pay
Please be aware, town and village water residents have access to DIFFERENT PORTALS for online bill pay.
Town residents (blue postcard water bills) will find the link to pay their bill on the Town Clerk's webpage under the Town tab. Payment information is NOT saved and you will need to know your water account number and exact amount to pay.
Village residents (white postcard water bills) will find the link to pay on the Village Clerk's webpage under the Village tab. You will need your exact account number to establish an account first; payment information may be saved for future use.
TOWN Water Customers Please Take Notice
By order of the Mexico Town Board, a new water line maintenance fee of $25 will be applied to every quarterly bill beginning in 2026. The first bill where you will see this additional fee is the February 2026 bill. If you have any questions, please contact the Town Clerk at (315) 963-7633 or
This fee is for town water customers only and does not apply to village water customers.

Village Meetings are held at the Mexico Village Offices located at 3236 Main Street.
